Item is described – no leaves but healthy roots – one complaint i do have is they use this white fluff stuff around the roots (would prefer paper towel); the issue is that i’ll have to remove it all before i can safely put it in the aquarium and it is very stringy.

Two beautiful 28″ and 29″ red mangrove trees.

Arrived very healthy, and very quick with the new UPS shipping (Hawaii to East Coast only took about a week). Extremely well-packaged to ensure safe delivery. Trees had plenty of water and grew lots of new roots during transit. All branches and leaves intact. Owners undoubtedly care about the plants.
The same can certainly be said of their customer service. They’ve responded and chatted with me non-stop for the last month+ (well before purchasing, during shipping, and well after the trees were delivered). Always willing to answer ANY question with professionalism and dedication to customer education. Owners also talked and collaborated with me at length about my vision for a tropical freshwater mangrove fish tank.

The mangrove arrived in great condition despite being exposed to the cold while in transit (Hawaii to Wisconsin). The roots and leaves were adequately wrapped to prevent damage.
